What are squishy toys?

Squishy toys are soft, squeezable items designed for playful collecting, gentle stress relief, decoration, and gifting. They are not food and should not be bitten, eaten, or used by pets.

Are your squishies suitable for children?

Some items may contain small parts or materials that are not suitable for very young children. Please review each product page and use adult supervision where appropriate.

How long does shipping take?

Processing and delivery times vary by destination, shipping method, and seasonal demand. Estimated shipping options and costs are shown at checkout when available.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at huh38682@gmail.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us with your order number and clear photos within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and help with an eligible replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Do colors look exactly the same as the photos?

Product colors may vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings, and production differences.
