Return & Refund Policy

We want customers to receive the correct items in good condition. Please review this policy before requesting a return or refund.

Eligibility

Eligible unopened and unused items may be considered for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, with original packaging where applicable.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, email huh38682@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Used items, opened hygiene-sensitive items, final sale items, gift cards, customized items, and items damaged by misuse are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is approved because of our error or a confirmed product defect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
